When Myne asks Ferdinand how to fit magic books into her system he says not to bother because he won't keep magic books in that libary as the only people that should read books on magic are real nobles i.e. Some blue robed priests that dislike Myne decide to wreck the temple library, and Myne then gets permission to reorganise everything with the Myne Decimal System. create a children's bible which has illustrations supplied by Wilma, Benno thinks this is a gold mine when he sees it. More development of the Italian restaurant. Rosina devolops Myne’s skills in an instrument called the Harspiel. Myne gets two new attendants: Wilma (an artist that resides in the orphanage), and Rosina (a muscian). Part 2 Volume 2: Myne's mother gets pregnant with another child which makes Myne want to create children's books as she would be a useless older sister otherwise. Myne cries at the end due to the happy outcome and the High Priest gives her a handkerchief with his name (Ferdinand) on it to wipe her face. In the temple their is a meeting involving the High Priest, Myne, Deid (Lutz's father), Karla (Lutz's mother), Lutz, and Benno where everything is worked out - the issue was nobody really understood anybody else. Lutz runs away from home because his family don't show support for his dream to be a merchant, the possibility of Lutz becoming an orphan and being adopted by Benno via the orphanage is created but the High Priest wants a meeting between all parties first. Myne finds out that Trombe fruits suck out mana during a festival and Benno tells her to forget about it because it's too much trouble. She talks with the High Priest and becomes the orphanage director and makes it better, while also using the orphans as workers. She goes to the orphanage and sees it's a nightmare where little girls wallow in their own shit. She and Benno start to develop the idea for an Italian restaurant targeting the rich. She wins over Gil and Fran and develops a working relationship with Delia. She gets three attendants Gil (trouble child), Delia (spy for the High Bishop), and Fran (the High Priest's former attendant).

All in all, this decision is sure to change not only Myne's life but the entire series as we know it.Part 2 Volume 1: Myne joins the temple as a blue robed shrine maiden. Bindewald reveals himself to be even worse, as he plans to use Myne's mana to create even more of his Devouring soldiers. Bezewanst's final plan is truly heinous, as he uses Dirk for his own ends without thinking for a second about his health or well-being. Her cluelessness not only affects Dirk, but also Myne, who Bezewanst has been attempting to get rid of for quite a while now. With her promise set in stone, Ferdinand turns to take care of Bezewanst and Bindewald, telling Myne to set up a barrier of wind to protect her loved ones.īezewanst finally shows his true colors, and Delia finally realizes too late that she has been tricked and used this entire time. Though Gunther begs Myne not to do it, Myne accepts so that her family and friends will be protected. Myne explains that it is meant to be a protective charm, and Ferdinand agrees that it is quite a strong charm, but only if she is ready to become Sylvester's adopted daughter right now. Myne takes out the charm Sylvester gave her, and Ferdinand takes interest in it.
Myne asks if she will be charged with a crime, and Ferdinand confirms that she and her family are most likely in trouble. As the fight goes on, Ferdinand suddenly arrives on the scene.īezewanst and Bindewald attempt to pin the blame on Myne and demand that Ferdinand arrest Myne. However, the gem is destroyed by Myne's immense mana capacity, and Bezewanst falls prey to Myne's mana attack. When Myne turns her wrath towards Bezewanst, he quickly unveils the item he received from Viscount Gerlach, a black gem which drains mana. A furious Bindewald injures Gunther with a magic attack, infuriating Myne and causing her to attack Bindewald with her mana. Before that happens, Gunther knocks away the attendant and Bindewald, saving Myne.
